What do I need to do prior to camp?

Tuition: your balance ($300) is due May 1st or as appropriate. To maintain your place in camp, please contact us if this presents a problem. If you have already paid full tuition, thank you.

Medical form: Please return completed form, signed consent and waivers, along with a photocopy (both sides) of health insurance card.

What's the best way to get to camp if not driving?

The closest airport is Charlottesvile/Albemarle (CHO). It is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to campus.

Where and when is registration?

Where:Registration will be at the Copeley Apartment dorms.

When: Tuesday,June 19, 2:00-4:00pm. Camp will begin with dinner, then our first field session

What do I need to bring to camp?

Campers must supply their own lacrosse equipment.

In addition, pack and bring: Alarm clock, mouthguard (required), lacrosse cleats and sneakers or turf shoes, plenty of athletic clothing (socks, jocks, t-shirts, shorts) and towels, swimsuit, pillow, linens and blanket or sleeping bag for your bed. Camp store in dorm area will bank spending money and hold car keys for the duration of camp.

What are the camp rules?

• Campers will be charged for any damage caused to UVA dorm rooms or facilities. Please bring any damage noticed on check-in to the attention of the staff.
• Any camper discovered away from the dorm/athletic areas being used by the camp without permission will be sent home immediately.
• No cleats or ball playing in the dorms
• No camper should be in another's room without permission.
• Any alcohol or illegal substance will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities
• Upon check-out, please return you own keys. Replacement costs will be charged for any keys not returned in on the 25th. ($140 per set)

Any disruptive behavior or serious breach of camp rules will result in immediate expulsion from camp. We expect a great week, and expect that common sense and respect will rule the day.

What is the schedule for checkout day?

The schedule for check-out day: Friday, June 22

7:30 am: Wake-up
8:00: Breakfast
9:00-11:00: Championship Games
11:00-noon: Check-out

How do I know if there is still space available? Lots of room in all sessions.
